Essex Firefighters climbed higher than Mount Everest.
​
On 19/2/23 we pitched a ladder at Lakeside shopping centre in Thurrock and attempted to climb the height of Mount Everest. 8,849 meters, roughly 900 ladder climbs. By the end of the day we had smashed our target and completed 1,215 ladder climbs and raised just over £1000.
